Hi, I'm Brandy.
A teacher, practitioner & quiet companion on your path.
Hometown Yogi began as a love letter to my own healing, a return to breath, body and the wisdom that lives quietly within. Today it's a practice space for our community: warm, grounded, and held with care.
Whether you're walking onto the mat for the first time, sinking into a sound bath, or stepping into teacher training, my role is the same; to meet you with presence and help you reconnect with what you already know.

How do I book a Reiki session?
Reiki is arranged personally with me so I can prepare the right session for you. Use the Inquire About Reiki form to share a little about what you're feeling, and I'll reply directly to set up your appointment.
What do I need for a Birth Chart Reading?
Your birth date, birth time, and birth location are essential for an accurate chart. You'll also share the question or area of life you'd like guidance on. Fill in the Birth Chart request form and I'll reach out to schedule your reading.
Do I need to be a Barre resident for the Senior Flow class?
Not at all. Senior Flow (ages 65+) meets Tuesdays 10–11 AM at the Barre Senior Center for $5, and everyone is welcome.
What if I'm new to yoga or energy work?
You're in the right place. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, reconnect with your body, or simply carve out time to nurture yourself, there is a place for you here, no experience required.
Can I book a private group or special event?
Yes. Private Reiki-infused sound baths, aerial sessions, and custom group experiences are available by appointment. Reach out through the contact form and we'll design something together.
