Welcome
I'm so glad you're here.
If you're seeking healing, movement, clarity, or a deeper connection with yourself, you've come to the right
place.
I'm Brandy Lefsyk—mother of three, Physical Therapist assistant, movement & meditation teacher, Reiki Master
energy practitioner, and creator of Hometown Yogi.
I believe we are each here with a unique purpose, and part of mine is helping people reconnect with
themselves through movement, sound, energy work, and self-discovery.
For years I've studied and practiced yoga, anatomy, sound healing, Reiki, astrology, chakra work,
and intuitive development.
What continues to fascinate me is how the body holds our experiences—our joys,
challenges, grief, growth, and wisdom.
Every experience you've lived has left an imprint within you.
Through movement, sound, energy work, and guided reflection, I help people create space for healing,
clarity, balance, and transformation.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, reconnect with your body, gain insight into your life path, or simply
carve out time to nurture yourself, there is a place for you here.

Some people need movement.
Some need stillness.
Some need energetic support.
Some need guidance and perspective.
Together, we'll find the practices and experiences that best support where you are right now.
I teach what I know with love, curiosity, integrity, and dedication.
I look forward to moving, healing, and growing with you.

“What is a teacher? I'll tell you:
it isn't someone who teaches something,
but someone who inspires the student to give of her best
in order to discover what she already knows.”
